Test Manager (Contract)

Location: West Dublin (Hybrid, 2 days onsite per week)
Rate: Strong Market Rate
Start Date: (ASAP with view to extend)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to join a large-scale enterprise programme in West Dublin. This is a 6-month daily rate contract (with potential renewal) requiring onsite presence 2 days per week. The successful candidate will bring proven expertise in managing complex technology implementations, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on testing experience.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

Must Have:

  • Minimum 7+ years’ Test Manager experience in complex technology implementations within large enterprises.
  • Proven experience across multiple stacks: ERP, WMS, CRM, eCommerce, digital & mobile apps.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable liaising with technical teams and senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated quality and delivery mindset in fast-paced environments.
  • Solid background in both automation and manual testing.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (including Test Module).
  • Extensive defect management experience.
  • Proven ability to compile and present weekly test reports across multiple projects.
  • Experience coordinating multiple test teams, ensuring deliverables meet project and quality requirements.
  • Deep understanding of SDLC & STLC, with exposure to both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Would Like:

  • Strong self-management, with a focus on openness and transparency.
  • Experience mentoring testers and supporting knowledge transfer.
  • Previous involvement in UAT management and coordination.
  • Experience with RAID management.
  • Collaborative approach, working closely with Automation Leads on regression and crossover testing phases.

Desirable:

  • Experience with SAP Integration Testing.
  • Proactive Test Manager who thrives in less structured environments.
  • Based in Ireland, ideally Dublin, to facilitate hybrid working.
